How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect?
It depends on your plan: Free Trial and Starter support 1 number, Growth supports 3, Business supports 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown.
Can I send bulk WhatsApp campaigns?
Yes. Name your campaign, write your message (with personalization placeholders like the recipient's name), optionally attach media or a tracked link, then choose recipients by picking contacts individually, by tag, or by uploading a CSV. You can set a send rate, send immediately, or schedule for later.
Can I track delivery and read receipts?
Yes. Every campaign has a live dashboard showing Sent, Delivered, Read, and Failed counts with a visual progress bar, plus a per-recipient table so you can see exactly who received what and their delivery status, updating in real time.
What happens when I hit my Free Trial limits?
The Free Trial includes 100 messages, 100 contacts, and 5 campaigns total across the life of the trial — not per month. Once any of these limits is hit, that resource is blocked until you upgrade to a paid plan, and you'll see a banner with an Upgrade link.
