How many WhatsApp numbers can I connect?
It depends on your plan: Free Trial and Starter support 1 number, Growth supports 3, Business supports 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown.
What happens when I hit my Free Trial limits?
The Free Trial includes 100 messages, 100 contacts, and 5 campaigns total across the life of the trial — not per month. Once any of these limits is hit, that resource is blocked until you upgrade to a paid plan, and you'll see a banner with an Upgrade link.
What happens if my subscription payment fails or lapses?
Your account enters a short Grace Period with a countdown banner shown on every page, giving you time to renew. If the grace period elapses without renewal, your account is Blocked and a full-screen gate replaces the dashboard until you reactivate — but all your data (conversations, contacts, campaigns) is preserved and instantly accessible again once you subscribe.
How do I upgrade my plan or change billing cycle?
From the Billing page (Dashboard → Billing), choose Starter, Growth, or Business and click through to payment, processed via PhonePe. Yearly billing is available on all three and saves the equivalent of 2 months compared to paying monthly. Enterprise plans are custom — contact sales@notifytechai.com. Only the workspace Owner can initiate plan changes.
